Refunds & Exchanges Before Cutting

We understand that plans can change! Refunds and exchanges are available for aquarium lids before the cutting process begins. If you need to make changes or request a refund, please contact us promptly at orca.reeflids@gmail.com

No Refunds or Exchanges After Cutting

Once a lid has been cut, it is custom-tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for lids after the cutting process has started.

Custom orders are made to your exact measurements and specifications. To ensure satisfaction, please double-check all dimensions and details before submitting your order. If you have any questions, our team is here to assist you with selecting the right options for your aquarium.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the issue to assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which could include a replacement or refund.
